Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 8 graham cracker sheets, crushed
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan
In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth
Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined
Fold in the chocolate chips
Press half of the cookie dough into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even layer
In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter and marshmallow fluff until smooth
Spread the peanut butter-marshmallow mixture over the cookie dough layer
Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers evenly over the peanut butter-marshmallow layer
Drop spoonfuls of the remaining cookie dough over the graham cracker layer
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown
Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares
