Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts such as almonds, pecans, or walnuts
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Rolling oats, almond butter, maple syrup, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, dried cranberries or raisins, chia seeds, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt should all be mixed together in a large bowl
Mix everything together until its all well mixed and sticky
Roll the mixture into small balls that are easy to eat
Put the balls on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it
Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set
After it has set, put it in a container that wont let air in and put it in the fridge for up to a week
