These cheesy potatoes are great for any event. This dish is great for any occasion, from a weeknight dinner to a holiday feast.
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C
In a large bowl, mix together the sliced potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, sour cream, melted butter, salt, and pepper
Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown
Serve hot and enjoy
