Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup beer your choice of type
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Onion slices
- Cheese slices optional
- Ketchup and mustard optional
Instructions:
To make the meatballs, put the beer, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper in a bowl
Make sure that everything is well mixed
Form the mix into 4 burger patties
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
For medium-rare, put the burger patties on the grill and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side
You can cook them longer if you like them more done
No need to: In the last minute of grilling, add cheese slices to the burgers to make a tasty cheeseburger
Put the hamburger buns on the grill and toast them for one minute, or until they get a little brown
Put lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and onion slices on the bottom bun of each burger to make it
Place the cooked burger patties on top
If you want, you can add ketchup and mustard on top as well
Put the top bun on top and serve hot
