Beef with Portabella Mushrooms

There is a tasty beef dish that is cooked with portabella mushrooms and rosemary and garlic.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 portabella mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat

For about one minute, until the garlic smells good, add the minced garlic

Put the beef slices in the pan and cook for three to four minutes, until they turn brown

Put chopped rosemary and sliced portabella mushrooms in the pan

For about 5 minutes, cook until the mushrooms are soft

Add pepper and salt to taste

Warm up and serve
