Ingredients:
- 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and preheat the oven to 350F 175C
Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over a medium heat
Swirl the pan occasionally while cooking until the butter turns golden brown and begins to smell nutty, about 5 to 7 minutes
Take care to prevent burning it
Take it off the heat and allow it to cool a little
Place the graham cracker crumbs and one cup of powdered sugar into a mixing bowl
After adding the vanilla extract and browned butter to the crumb mixture, thoroughly mix everything together
To make an even crust layer, press the mixture firmly into the baking pan that has been prepared
Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and peanut butter chips in 30-second increments in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth
Over the graham cracker crust in the pan, equally distribute the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture
Creamy peanut butter and the remaining 3/4 cup powdered sugar should be combined in a different bowl and beaten until smooth and creamy
To create a marbled effect, drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate layer and swirl them together with a knife
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges begin to lightly brown, in a preheated oven
Before cutting the bars into squares, allow them to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack
