Holiday Wassail

Warm and comforting, Holiday Wassail is a great drink for holiday parties. With a flavor and aroma of apple cider, citrus juices, and spices, its perfect for getting into the holiday spirit.

Ingredients:

• 1 gallon apple cider
• 1 cup orange juice
• 1 cup cranberry juice
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 1 teaspoon whole cloves
• 1 teaspoon whole allspice berries
• 1 orange, sliced
• 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions:

Apple cider, orange juice, and cranberry juice should all be mixed together in a large pot

Mix in the brown sugar until its all mixed in

Put in orange and lemon slices, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and allspice berries

Over medium-low heat, bring to a boil

Turn down the heat to low and let it simmer for 30 minutes, stirring every now and then

Make sure that each warm serving has some of the fruit and spices

Serve in mugs
