Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup candied pecans, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons berry jam raspberry or strawberry
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Make sure the baby spinach leaves are clean and dry
